How much time do you need to plan an event?

It is never too early to begin planning your event. We love to get as much notice as possible so that we have ample time to get all supplies and vendors booked to cater to your event. Many dates tend to book quickly, so getting yours on our schedule is priority number 1.

what will it cost?

There is no “one price fits all” answer. Since each event is different, the prices will be based on your individual needs. We work hard to help you set a budget and stick to it.  We also don’t believe in surprise costs at the end, so if something needs to be adjusted along the way we will communicate with you to find a solution.

ARE EVENT PLANNERS ONLY FOR LARGE SCALE EVENTS?

That is a common misconception. We can assist on any size event, large or small. We have planned corporate events for as few as 10 and huge lavish parties for as many as 300!

What should i bring to my consultation?

Inspiration! Bring all of your pics with you, clips from magazines, color swatches, and if you have any ideas of your design theme let us know, example: romantic, rustic, classic, modern, glamorous. We will also assist in helping you to design your event if you don't have a vision.

what if i have a small budget?

We will work within your budget, and offer ideas to avoid going over budget that still coexist with your color scheme and design,  for example offering less expensive flowers that look similar to your first choice of flowers.
